🌶️🐾 THE SPICY DOG OWNERS SUPPORT GROUP 🐾🌶️ Does your dog have big feelings? Do walks sometimes feel more like a tactical operation? Have you ever apologised to a stranger because your dog decided they were Public Enemy Number One? Do you love your dog endlessly… but sometimes feel exhausted, frustrated, embarrassed or just completely out of your depth? Does your dog perhaps love absolutely everyone and they have to shout about it to the world? You’re not alone. ❤️ We’re creating a Spicy Dog Owners Support Group for people living with reactive, anxious, over-excitable or just generally extra special dogs. This is a space to: 🌶️ Meet other owners who get it 🐾 Socialise in a supportive, pressure-free environment 💬 Swap stories, experiences and hard-won wisdom ❤️ Celebrate the wins - even the tiny ones 🤝 Support each other through the difficult days 🌱 Share ideas and encouragement to help ourselves and our dogs grow 😂 Laugh about the chaos because sometimes you have to! No judgement. No shame. No “have you tried just socialising them more?” Just dog owners supporting dog owners and 2 trainers (Lisa, from Wise K9 an Fran from Eager Beever Dog Training). We've created this group, as we wish we had something similar when going through our own reactivity journeys with our dogs - so we want to give our students the opportunity to have what we didn't. Your dog doesn't have to be perfect. Neither do you. Whether your dog barks, lunges, freezes, growls, panics, gets overwhelmed, over excited, or simply has a spicy personality - come and find your people. 🌶️🐕 Leave the Spicy Dog at home for this one!

Wise K9 Dog Training subscribes to only using force free, scientifically based, modern training and behaviour modification methods. Harsh handling is discouraged with the use of positive reinforcement taking place instead. All training is confidential between dog trainer and client. Wise K9 Dog Training does not allow the use of any piece of equipment that would be aversive (i.e. can cause pain and discomfort, be this physical of mentally). This includes slip leads, choke chains, pinch collars, shock collars, rattle cans, spray bottles, compressed air canisters or any other device or method that can potentially cause harm, pain, suffering or fear to the dog. Clients are highly discouraged from intimidation tactics. Any clients who continue to use such methods including harsh handling despite being asked not to do so will be asked to leave class or the one to one session with no refund given. TERMS AND CONDITIONS These Terms and Conditions are in place for the safety and welfare of our clients. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will come into effect immediately. It is the responsibility of our clients to read these terms and conditions in full. Please make sure you have read and understood the terms and conditions before you make a booking/proceed with a class. By placing a booking you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to them. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us. TRAINING CLASSES Booking and payment in advance is needed to secure a place on any course. Places are limited to allow for appropriate dog to trainer ratio. Payments for lessons are non-transferable and non-refundable. You must not knowingly book a dog onto any course or workshop which shows aggression or nervousness. We reserve the right to excuse any dog that is aggressive or deemed not to be coping in class. If you do not advise us of the potential problems and disclose it in the booking process and your dog displays any aggression in class you will not be entitled to a refund. If you are unsure if your dog will be suitable for classes and have not made contact with us to discuss and assess your dog before your attendance you will not be refunded if your dog is not suitable for the class which you have booked.
